Jung Yak-Jeon then offers to exchange knowledge, with Jung Yak-Jeon offering his expertise in studies for Chang-Dae's expertise about the sea. Chang-Dae accepts the offer. Soon, Jung Yak-Jeon realizes that Chang-Dae studies to become successful and he becomes disappointed in him.

The Book of Fish (2021)

During the Edo period, the darkenss after sunset is the time when people's faces blend in the dark and silence fills the streets. Sensing something dangerous about Ihei, Sanosuke stalks. Around the same time, he unexpectedly ends up living with a woman named Okumi (Ishibashi Shizuka).

Hoping for a future with her, Sanosuke finally joins Ihei's robbery plan. Other accomplices are Iguro (Ogata Naoto), a masterless samurai with a sickly wife; Sentaro (Nakamura Aoi), a young knight from a family of merchants; and Yaju (Daichi Yasuo), a white-haired old man with a criminal record. They are all faces Sanosuke come across in Okame but never spoken to each other. All four are complete rookies at robbery but Ihei is the most professional. His goal is to rob a 700 ryo found in a certain merchant house. At dusk, the gears begin to turn. However, the women around him also get involved and their lives begin to unravel.
